二、使用方法
選擇檔位開關(guān):
1檔:紙箱、瓦楞紙板
2檔:
3檔:瓦楞紙、書寫紙、牛皮紙、箱板紙
4檔:新聞紙、白板紙、涂布紙
5檔:銅版紙、復(fù)印紙、傳真紙
由于紙張結(jié)構(gòu)不同,其介電系數(shù)亦不同;以上檔位為建議檔位,如有誤差,請進(jìn)行對比校驗(yàn)。如:測量某一已知水分為8%的紙張,調(diào)整檔位開關(guān)為4檔時,所測數(shù)字顯示為08.0,則以后再測量同類紙張時應(yīng)將檔位選為4檔。
三、注意事項
1、由于KT-50型紙張水分儀電磁波穿透深度達(dá)
2、如儀表開機(jī)后顯示不在00.0±00.5范圍以內(nèi),請將電池后蓋打開取出電池,在電池盒內(nèi)側(cè)有一零位調(diào)節(jié)器。正值不到零位,逆時針調(diào)節(jié);反之,順時針調(diào)節(jié)。
3、由于本紙張水分儀采用電磁波感應(yīng)方式進(jìn)行測量,測量時儀器周圍或底部不得有金屬物或其它感應(yīng)物,否則會對測量精度有所影響。

APPLICATION
Before measuring,get a right selector according to the paper species table or paper density.
With the sensor of KT-50 touching nothing,press“ON”button.Turn carefully“ZERO”button in the battery cover,till the readings on the screen is between 00.0±00.5.
With the sensor of the meter,touch the wood to be measured fully.As soon as the meter is in touch with the paper surface,the moisture content is indicated.
NOTICE
The paper to be measured should be bigger than the sensor of the meter.
Nothing else can be placed under the paper to be measured,otherwise the measurement will be inaccuracy.
